Load Balancer Not Connecting Print


If a load balancer fails to connect, work through this checklist.

Checklist

  • Connectivity ??? Can the panel reach the load balancer IP or hostname?
  • Ports ??? Required ports are open in firewall and security groups
  • Correct IP ??? The IP or hostname entered matches the actual server
  • Credentials ??? Username, password, or SSH keys are correct
  • Re-sync ??? Try re-syncing or re-adding the load balancer from the panel

Check panel logs for specific error messages.
