If a load balancer fails to connect, work through this checklist.
Checklist
- Connectivity ??? Can the panel reach the load balancer IP or hostname?
- Ports ??? Required ports are open in firewall and security groups
- Correct IP ??? The IP or hostname entered matches the actual server
- Credentials ??? Username, password, or SSH keys are correct
- Re-sync ??? Try re-syncing or re-adding the load balancer from the panel
Check panel logs for specific error messages.
